Service Charge   For your convenience a 20% service charge will be added to your bill for spa, nail, and waxing services. For groups of three or more the service charge applies to all services, including hair.

Punctuality    Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing and a few minutes to relax in the garden room. If you are late for your appointment, we may have to shorten the length of your treatment time to accomodate other guests.

Spa Etiquette   To maintain the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival.

Medical Alert     Please alert guest relations when scheduling if you are pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, have high blood pressure, are using RetinA, Accutane or any skincare medications, or recently have had laser, plastic or any other surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

Attire   Upon arrival, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear and a locker for your
personal belongings. Private showers and dressing areas are provided for your convenience.

Cancellations   Kindly give at least a 24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. Failure to do so may result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. A special cancellation policy applies to groups
